MIND-BODY AWARENESS Feeling
overwhelmed? Are you multi-tasking but still not accomplishing what
you would like to? Have you ‘made it’ but feel an uncertainty
inside?
Join us for a series of 6 sessions over 6 days to enhance your
emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. These sessions, based
in practicality, will point you towards your inner strengths. The
gatherings are part didactic, part experiential. We learn from each
other as the group leaders and participants share insights, challenges
and successes. Each session is 2 hours long and includes guided
imagery and silent meditation. A complete syllabus is provided.
Included is a pass to one yoga, tai chi or pilates class of your
choice.
Tom and Kirana co-facilitate this series which is offered the first
week of each month and as a weekend intensive. Class size: minimum
5 - maximum 15
